Our founder operated a successful electrical division in the US for many years.

customer care

Customer care is very important to us and we are absolute leaders in this area.

We have participated in customer care projects hosted by the Cable Operators. Run by employee groups, these projects teased out practices within these companies to best serve their customers. They were of enormous benefit to the operator as a service provider and to us as their installation contractor.

We have learned and implemented much about customer care to make our organisation and staff on the ground very customer care orientated. We hold regular meetings and seminars to discuss ways of improving our service and believe the whole experience of ordering a product off any service provider should be a pleasant, non-intrusive process from start to finish.
